3: If I buy directly to the manufacturer, will I be given a discount?

    • The company follows the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), the standard pricing, even if you may desire to directly purchase from us.


4: What are the materials used in the items?

    • You may find the specifications located below on each item page that you may visit our the website.
    • We commonly use mahogany wood, leatherette, and fabric in the construction of our products.
    • We are able to accommodate specific preferences with the fabric or leather (such as genuine cow leather) used in the creation of your item.


5: There's a problem with my item. Where can I find assistance?


6: I need my furniture customized because my space is very limited/I have an area requirement.

    • Furniture customization is a feature which is only available directly through us.
    • We have a team that can go on-site to measure the spaces required for your furniture. You can also provide photos and specifications of designs you may wish for your customized furniture.

7: How can I trust that the furniture I'm buying is worth my money?

    • We value our customers' trust and investment; which is the reason why our products are carefully planned and designed to have long-term structural stability, taking note of the quality of the materials used as well.

8: How do I clean the fabric or leatherette of my sofa?

    • We recommend using a cloth dampened with water to clean the affected surface of your sofa.
    • If further cleaning is required, you may use a very mild hand soap as a cleaning agent.
    • We do not recommend using strong soaps, detergents, or other means of cleaning that would cause permanent staining or the fade of color to the upholstery.


9: Can I wash the fabric of my sofa/cushions?

    • Generally, most upholstery fabric will shrink when washed with water. We recommend dry cleaning if possible.
    • If you insist on washing the fabric of your sofa or cushion, please wash a small portion (e.g. pillow cover) of the same fabric first to test if the upholstery would be affected.


10: I need assembly instructions for my furniture. Where can I get them?

    • Our items usually have assembly manuals upon delivery. If lost, please email our customer support for a soft copy.


11: I have a question about the delivery status of my furniture. How can I get help?

    • If you bought our furniture from one of our dealers, we are unable to access their delivery information because their stores are independently owned and operated.
    • Please contact the customer support of the dealer where you have purchased our item.


12: Can I get a hard copy of the catalog?

    • Unfortunately, we do not have catalogs or brochures that can be sent directly to consumers.
    • Our catalogs are available for online viewing here at our website, www.divanandsettee.com.


13: Do you have any financing plans?

    • Our dealers are independently owned and operated; therefore, stores may offer a variety of financing options. Finest TM does not offer financing directly to consumers.


14: I'm confused. What is the difference between 'Divan and Settee' and 'FINEST TM'?

    • Divan and Settee is our company name, while Finest TM is our brand name; you may see it as a logo on our products.
