Limited Warranty

Duration of Warranty:

The duration of each limited warranty is dependent upon the respective parts which are stated below, starting from the date of purchase.

The limited warranties are valid from the date of purchase.

The original purchase receipt will be required as your proof of purchase.

Exclusions:

The limited warranties do not apply to products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods/cleaning products.

The limited warranties does not cover normal wear-and-tear, cuts, scratches, and damage caused by impacts or accidents.

The limited warranties does not cover consequential or incidental damages.

The limited warranties do not apply if the product has been placed outdoors or in humid environments.

The limited warranties do not apply if the product have been used for non-domestic purposes (unless otherwise stated).

The limited warranties are only to the benefit of the original purchaser of the product. It is not transferable.

What will be done to correct the problem?

FINEST_TM will examine the product to determine if the problem is covered by our limited warranty. The defective product will be either be repaired or replaced with a comparable product.

In this case, we will be responsible for the costs of following: repairs, spare parts, labor and travel for the repair staff that our company may incur; provided that the product is accessible for repair without our company incurring additional expenditure to gain the said access.

This will not apply in cases where the repair work has not been authorized by FINEST_TM.

Any defective parts removed in the course of the repair works will become the property of FINEST_TM.

If the item is no longer sold by FINEST_TM , the company will provide an appropriate replacement. FINEST_TM will decide at it's discretion on what will constitute as an appropriate replacement.

General Legal Rights:

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights.

This limited warranty does not, in any way, affect the rights given to you by law.

10-YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

• Fabric
• Leatherette
